Escola 15 (casa alentejana)

  • Typical house of Alentejo, renovated for use by the family owner.
  • Living room with regional fireplace, a bedroom with double bed 140 cm, hall? eat for 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower cubicle, terrace.
  • Street direct entrance at Rua da Escola 15 in the village of Carrapatelo with access to the pool and the rest of the Courela do Ribeiro from the back
  • Parking for several cars accessible by the main road of the property.
  • Pedestrian way from the parking until the House.
  • Two separate air conditioning systems (air conditioning / heating), heat recovery stove in the chimney and gas central heating with radiators
  • TNT TV viewing.
  • Access the Internet via protected Wi-Fi.

  • Double bed only: 95 euros

Chaparrinho (tree house)

  • Room of 7.5 m2 perched on metal feet over a oak at the edge of the brook of the property, with a double bed of 140 cm, wardrobe, dressing table.
  • Bathroom with sink, shower and separate toilet integrated into the access staircase.
  • Terrace with wooden sequoia table.
  • Air conditioning (air conditioning / heating).
  • Mini fridge.
  • "Private" parking in gravel.

Casa Branca (bungalow 1)

  • Surface of 24 m2 with double bed of 140 cm, a sofa bed 2 places, table 4 places, corner cooks with 4 fires with gas, refrigerator with freezer.
  • Bathroom of 3 m2 with washbasin, shower cubicle and dry toilets.
  • Terrace of 12 m2 with chairs and table.
  • "Private" parking in gravel.
  • Air conditioning (air conditioning / heating).
  • TNT TV viewing.

Casa Verde (bungalow 2)

  • Surface of 32 m2 with a 140 cm double bed, a sofa 2 places, a table 4 places, corner cooks with 2 gas nozzles , refrigerator with freezer.
  • Bathroom 3 m2 with sink, shower cubicle and toilet.
  • Terrace of 14 m2 with chairs and table.
  • "Private" parking in gravel.
  • Air conditioning (air conditioning / heating).
  • TNT TV viewing.

Standard price per night (without breakfast)

  • Double bed only: 80 euros
  • Use of the sofa as bed: 10 euros
  • Additional single bed: 10 euros

   

    

Space for tents

  • Our spaces for the installation of camping tents are between the oliven trees, near a block with a 3/4" water tap and a 220V / 16A power plug in european format.
  • The red soil in argila, generally with regional herbs, has sometimes been covered with white sand.

Standard price per night (water and electricity included)

  • Only one person: 10 euros
  • 5 euros for each supplementary person

 

    

    

Tents rental

We have two polyester tents for 3 people.

Standard prices

  • Tent only (mounting/dismounting included): 15 euros
  • Mattress and sleeping bag per night: 2 euros
  • Price per nigth per person: 5 euros
  

Common infrastructures

All our clients have access to the following infrastructures of the property:

  • White Borba marble access path
  • Organic vegetable garden with delicious strawberries and physalis most of the year
  • Central area with pergola, possibility of cooking, mini-bar, 140 cm diameter wood oven, clothes washing machine, WCs, showers, diaper changing table
  • Small lakes with aquatic plants, frogs, water turtles, fish and a stream of water
  • Games camp for badminton, voley and beach football
  • Playground for children with several activities (slide, swing, rope with knots, stainless bar, house, climbing wall)
  • Orchard with fruits according to the seasons
  • Wild area with trees and shrubs
  • Hen house with several breeds and ducks
  • Sheep, cats, dogs and ponies (with a small carroce usable by children)
  • Gardens with trees, shrubs and flowers of many kinds
  • A biological vine beeing done, with 5 kinds of red grapes
  • Track for jogging, walking, rides with bycicles or ponies
  • Parkings inside or outside the property, in areas covered with gravel
